Streamers in the Auctionist Role
With the growing trend of crowdfunding through streamers and popular online personalities, there is strong demand for professional tools to manage auction workflows and payment processing. Our platform provides streamers with specialized auction management tools tailored to their needs.

Auctionists as Professionals
The SHOSOCIAL auctions module provides the right tools for managing auctions in an online mode as well.
Declaration and Validation
-
To become an Auctionist, the user must complete a registration form with all required fields. This includes providing a valid residential address, complete contact information, a correct bank account number, and uploading government-issued identification along with recent utility bills to verify the address.
-
In the next step, the user must declare the intended scope of auction activity. This includes specifying the primary categories of goods to be sold and describing the chosen delivery methods.
-
To receive account approval, the Auctionist must confirm that all physical and symbolic (non-deliverable) items listed as lots fully comply with the legal and commercial regulations of their operating jurisdiction.
-
The Auctionist must clearly define the auction rules, including who qualifies as a bidder, how bids are placed, the conditions under which a lot is considered sold, delivery obligations, and who is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
-
The Auctionist may choose to conduct auctions using their own payment tools (by submitting links, which we will integrate into the auction interface) or use our built-in financial processing tools. For each successful sale, we retain a 10% processing commission, and the remaining 90% is paid directly to the Auctionist’s verified bank account.
-
Registration and activation of an Auctionist account is subject to a fee.
-
After collecting the necessary data and documents from the Auctionist, our validation team conducts a thorough review. A one-time activation fee is charged as part of this process. This fee exists to ensure that only serious applicants are onboarded and to protect the platform from false, duplicate, or fraudulent account creation attempts. It also offsets the cost of manual document review and legal validation.
-
The Auctionist registration fee is non-refundable. If any submitted data is incorrect or documents are deemed invalid, we will gladly allow the user to resubmit the required materials. Once all submitted information is accurate and legally valid, the account will be re-reviewed and activated accordingly.
Verified users who complete legal validation, pay an activation fee, and declare auction operation rules.
-
One-time activation fee
-
10% of each successfully sold lot via internal payment processing
-
90% of sale proceeds are transferred to the Auctionist’s verified bank account
Auctionists are currently allowed from jurisdictions where identity and financial validation is legally possible. Additional restrictions may apply to the type of goods sold, depending on national regulations.
In the case of a dispute, the platform may intervene, suspend payout, and mediate between buyer and Auctionist. Resolution processes are currently manual but logged.
